Vinyasa flow classes designed to suit all levels.

INTERMEDIATE YOGA CLASSES & POSE TUTORIAL: TUESDAYS 6PM (SAST)
The intermediate class comprises flows and pose tutorials and is open to all students. Students can expect a more challenging practice and time to learn poses such as deep backbends, arms balances, and inversions.
**New students must first attend an all-levels class prior to attending an intermediate session in order for Brigitta to assess their readiness.
