The perfect blend to strengthen both mind and body

This class is the ultimate fusion of yoga and functional fitness.

The class combines the benefits of a traditional yoga class, such as mind/body connection, mindfulness, meditation and flexibility with the fat burning, body toning benefits of a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout.

Participants are lead through a sequence of yoga postures to warm up and loosen the body. This is then followed by a heart-pumping, sweat-inducing HIIT workout. This amazing workout is concluded with some deep yoga stretching and meditation, to help soothe the body and calm the mind.

Now you can attend a class that will not only help you shred, slim and tone, but will also improve your flexibility and calm the mind.

Classes run every Monday and Thursday evening from 18:30-19:30.
