Let’s get real for a moment…
The digital age and our tech-savvy lifestyles are not conducive to happy, healthy, and pain-free bodies.
In fact, most people spend their days moving from 1 chair to the next.
Whether it’s sitting in a car, at a desk, in a conference room, on the couch, or laying in bed…
The average person spends anywhere from 6,5-8hrs per day sitting. Long periods of sitting can contribute to chronic pain, degenerative conditions, and significantly reduced mobility.
Add to this the nationwide lockdown, which forced society into an even more sedentary way of life coupled with significant economic pressures and mental and emotional distress experienced across the globe and it’s no wonder we are feeling stressed, anxious, demotivated, and uninspired.
But… There is another way…
Imagine If You Could…
...Move with ease and comfort.
…Feel strong and more mobile in your whole body.
…Get strong, lean, and toned right from the comfort of your own home.
…Feel inspired to tackle the day with renewed energy and focus.
…Learn how to treat yourself with more compassion, and understanding.
…Calm a busy and stressed mind.
…Learn to develop a healthier work/life balance.
Hey special soul, let me introduce myself…
I’m Brigitta, Yoga Teacher, Trainer & Executive/ Transformation Coach and I created this on-demand video portal for people just like you.
I’m passionate about holistic wellness which to me, means being healthy, happy, and empowered in body, mind, and soul. But it hasn’t always been like that. I spent many years climbing the corporate ladder, which meant long hours either spent sitting in meetings, driving to and from meetings, or sitting behind a computer screen. I was addicted to the world of go-go-go, constantly stressed and anxious.
I often had pinched nerves in my neck and shoulders; my back constantly ached, and every so often my back would completely spasm out, leaving me debilitated and woman-down. I suffered from tension headaches, struggled to sleep properly, and never quite felt 100% happy and healthy (no matter how much exercise I did).
It all changed for me when I found yoga.
Yoga taught me how to tune-in. How to become aware of my body and how I was treating it. My yoga practice gave me the space to slow down and to reconnect. I learned how to quiet and calm my mind, but most importantly I learned how to begin practicing self-compassion, understanding, and self-care.
I created this on-demand portal as a way of offering you an easy way to connect with a daily self-care routine.
These classes are designed to help improve flexibility and mobility, whilst developing strength, balance, and self-awareness. All the classes are suitable for ANY level of fitness and practice, although this doesn’t mean that you won’t be challenged 🙂
From 15 to 60-minute classes, slow-flows to power yoga, the variety of class styles and lengths, means that there really is something for everyone.
So what are you waiting for?
Don’t just take my word for it…
