A bottle of water to keep you hydrated and yoga mat is all you really need.

We like to keep a comfy jersey nearby to keep you warm and snug during savasana and if you dont have your own mat, dont sweat it, we have mats available for rent!

Prior yoga experience is not necessary although we do recommend that beginners and first time yogi’s start with our “Beginners Flow” classes.

Listen to your body and rest! If at any point during class you feel overwhelmed or just plain tired, come down into child’s pose and take a rest.

It is important to understand that yoga is a personal practice, listen to your body. If it is asking you to rest- please be kind to yourself and do so.

Yes, If you have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid movement or exercise then by all means join a class. Please do be sure to explain to your instructor what injuries/ conditions you suffer from before class.
