Casual Yogi: Mid-Morning Moves

10am Slow Vinyasa Flow

Suitable for all levels of fitness and practice.
A slower paced class with more focus on correct alignment, form and use of the breath.
Each class will conclude with a short meditation/ relaxation and/ visualization.
These classes will be fully demonstrated in conjunction with verbal queuing of postures.
