YOGA CLASSES

THE CASUAL YOGI:

These classes are suitable for all levels of practice and fitness.

Whether you have attended yoga casually on-and-off over the years or are just starting out then this the perfect class for you.

A slower paced class with more focus on correct alignment, form and use of the breath.

Each class will conclude with a short meditation/ relaxation and/ visualization.

These classes will be fully demonstrated in conjunction with verbal queuing of postures.

THE INTERMEDIATE YOGI:

These classes are suitable for more advanced yoga practitioners with a good understanding of yogic postures, correct alignment, modifications and pranayama.

The sequencing and class structure of the intermediate classes are more taxing.

A fair level of fitness, strength and endurance is required by students.

Each class will conclude with a short meditation/ relaxation and/ visualization.

These classes will not be demonstrated, and only verbal queuing of poses will be done.

Instructor demonstrations will be done when necessary to better explain advanced postures and transitions or to correct recurring alignment errors of the group.

Suggested Equipment For Yoga Classes:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Yoga Strap
  • Foam Block(s)

At home alternatives:

  • Swimming/ bath towel (or simply practice on the floor)
  • Yoga Strap: a belt, hand towel, skipping rope or the like.
  • Foam block(s): couch cushions, shoe boxes, hand cover books, rolled up blanket or the like.

FITNESS CLASSES

HIIT BOOTCAMP:

Suitable for all levels of fitness.

A 30min high-intensity interval-training class focusing on full body strength and endurance.

These class are designed to get you moving and sweating. Expect to be challenged and to work up a sweat. Great for a quick full body burn!

These classes will be fully demonstrated so we can all get fit and sweaty together!

Suggested Equipment For HIIT Classes:

  • Yoga Mat / Large towel
  • Water bottle
  • Sweat/ hand towel
